We are committed to ensuring that you have a satisfactory shopping experience with our perfumes. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Only unopened, unused, and sealed perfume products are eligible for a return.
  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
  • Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for returns.

2. Return Process

  2. Include your order number, date of purchase, and reason for the return.
  3. Our support team will provide you with instructions and a return authorization if your request is approved.
  4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  5. Ship the product to the address provided by our support team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or wrong product.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) for the original purchase are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective perfume, contact us immediately at contact.fard@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are treated as a return followed by a new purchase. Please contact contact.fard@gmail.com for assistance.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used perfumes.
  • Custom or personalized perfume products.
  • Products returned after the 7-day return window.
