Return and Refund Policy for Perfume Products

We are committed to ensuring that you have a satisfactory shopping experience with our perfumes. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Only unopened, unused, and sealed perfume products are eligible for a return.
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
- Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for returns.
2. Return Process

- Include your order number, date of purchase, and reason for the return.
- Our support team will provide you with instructions and a return authorization if your request is approved.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship the product to the address provided by our support team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or wrong product.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) for the original purchase are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective perfume, contact us immediately at contact.fard@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are treated as a return followed by a new purchase. Please contact contact.fard@gmail.com for assistance.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used perfumes.
- Custom or personalized perfume products.
- Products returned after the 7-day return window.
